Processed carbs and sugar are the enemy for me. Been holding steady on a calorie deficit since christmas which has been working for me. Not limiting any foods but obviously to fit into my daily goal alot of food is naturally not eaten. With Easter weekend and lack of water due to the kzn flooding. I decided to just take a break and not be so strict with all family gatherings and gifted easter eggs. Just eating what i wanted thursday-sunday, chips & beer before a braai, chocolate after etc. Well dear glory, the drive for more treats, the hunger, upset stomach this week that has followed after trying to go back to my diet has been intense. Honestly felt like a form of addiction in some ways. Made me have a realisation that even when i get to a weight i am happy with it always have to be a conscious effort to stay there.

3 years ago I dropped from 120KG's down to 80KG's...
I am now back up to 89KG's and put a handbrake on it and told myself I will NOT reach 90KG's so back to the diet I go. exercising, tracking calories, and making sacrifices!
good luck man!!!!

Picked up 2-3 KG over the last two months or so (thanks to my sweet tooth) and managed to shake it back off again in a few weeks mainly by just cutting it out of my diet. Just goes to show how much of a difference sugar makes and you can't just get rid of it by exercise alone, but working out definitely speeds up shedding extra kilo's.

Nice little win after going through a box of old work shirts and realised i have managed to get back to a shirt that fit me roughly 7 years ago these last 5 months. Saw i still have my shirt from my first day of work after university so that will be the next goal hopefully in a few months.

Yeah, you cant out train a bad diet, no matter what anyone says.
When I first lost weight I was a fat 90Kg, I dropped to 74Kg and yes, it was a ton of exercise, but I cut out coca cola, crisps and sugar in my tea.
I was having 2 to 4 liters a day of coke, 3 tea spoons of sugar per cup of tea and about 5 cups a day, and easily ate 3 or 4 small packets of crisps a day. It was terrifying, at one stage I used to eat jelly tots, and then pour the sugar left over in the packet into my coke....

The headaches and crash from cutting out sugar was really unpleasant, but it has made such a difference to me.
I've slowly put muscle back on and hover between 85 and 90 again, but at a very different physique level (size 30 pants)

Watch this, you will see how bad sugar really is for you and how addictive it is.

You must have a ton of muscle to be at that height, weight and BF
I am in good shape when I am around 177cm, 85Kg and 12%

Yes I do weight training 3 x times a week
Sparring/punching bag 1 x a week.
I feel a little heavy now but I am off to Thailand for a month so will drop some water and increase cardio.
85kg is to light for me. I feel very comfortable and mobile at 95kg

Edit. Been training for about 12years + consistently so no over night bloat.

Are you natural at that weight?
I train(ed) 6 times a week weights, jiu jitsu 3 times a week, boxing / sparring 3 times a week
Not natural and I simply cannot go over 93 or 94Kg unless I go to scary levels of gear. At that weight I just cannot seem to get below 15% BF. I cant imagine me being over 100KG, you must look terrifying.....and find difficulty shopping. When I hit the 90's its a problem to find clothing

I work around at the 13-14% bf fairly easily when I am a 85Kg, can drop to 12 with some effort, below 12 is pure hell for me. Might just have genetics that dont like being too heavy
