GI has announced his 23 man squad for next year's CHAN:

Goalkeepers: Itumeleng Khune, Moeneeb Josephs, Siyabonga Mpontshane.

Defenders: Tefu Mashamaite, Tsepo Gumede, Thabo Nthethe, Tebogo Langerman, Vuyo Mere, Bryce Moon, Buhle Mkhwanazi, Kwanda Mngonyama, Tsepo Masilela.

Midfielders: Hlompho Kekana, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Lerato Chabangu, Siphiwe Tshabalala, Sibusiso Vilakazi, Jabu Shongwe, Lindokuhle Mbatha, Ryan Chapman.

Forwards: Bernard Parker, Edward Manqele, Katlego Mashego.

Kickoff

As was to be expect, Chiefs have refused to release their players: Supersport

They have a friendly away against Botswana on 28 December, before the group stage starts on 11 January against Mozambique.

The opening ceremony is at 4pm, and Bafana play Mozambique at 6. This is our easiest group game, so Bafana really need a win today.

The first half we looked shaky, but it was a solid win i the end. 3-1, and 3 important log points. As this is a CAF competition, it is head to head results which break ties, not goal difference.
