I'm about to drop dead from too many carbs and sugar :(

Back on the wagon from Monday before I need new clothes. The struggle is real!

I tried something new yesterday, home made hamburger with lettuce, tomato , cheese and mushrooms, wrapped in a large cabbage leaf that was sauteed. Was quite nice.

Too busy eating bacon to reply :D

Breakfast this morning: omelette with sour cream, mozzarella, button mushrooms, olives, spring onions and diced bacon
Dinner plan: Brisket, garlic, ginger, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, cottage cheese, and whatever other leftover veg is in the fridge

Im new to this thread.
Been on LCHF for 7 weeks now. Lost 7kg.
Also lost my cravings for sugary treats and drinks.
Problem I face now is flattening the tummy a bit. So I'm introducing HIIT.

I cant seem to get back onto the band wagon for this one. First day is fine, day 2 not bad and by day 3 I'm ready to attack people in traffic because i'm picturing them all as moving bread rolls or muffins with wheels... :(

I need some way of pushing me over the "death-by-craving" period. Also, I find it hard to control quantities on LCHF, anyone else have that problem?

You aren't eating enough fat. Track your calories and drink enough water.

That period is going to happen. Remember you need to get over your sugar addiction first

I see there is a new book by Sally Creed and it has new lists. Green, gold, orange, red and a banned list.
Potatoes now on orange list.

Green list 0 - 5g Net Carbs. Eat freely from green list.
Mostly proteins and nuts on Gold list iirc. 0 - 5g
Basically an allowed to eat list, but not freely as on green list.
Orange list 5.1 - 25g Net Carbs. Eat cautiously
Red list - 25g Net Carbs. High Carb alert
Then Banned list = previous Red list.

Potatoes now on orange list, but I think it is for vegetarians?
New book caters for paleo and vegetarians, etc.

New book supposed to be released in November. New revised lists are on most of the big Banting FB pages.

Sounds like a money making racket tbh.
