The Banting/LCHF Thread

I found a supplier of macadamia nut flour pizza bases here in EL. They are awesome and so much better than a cauli base - even goes crisp like a regular pizza.
 

R55 per vacuum packed and frozen base. Worth it in my opinion. I can still get the pizza to cost under R100 after cheese and meat topping so a worthy alternative to high carb pizza take aways.

Place is called Ginger and Co in Kidds Beach - http://gingerfood.co.za/ They only resell the bases. The source is a lady in Plett. I first had a pizza with this base from a restaurant in main road, Plett called The Table - it was amazing. Looks like the lady is now supplying all along the coast.

How big are the basis. Can't tell from the website.
