Tried this the weekend, tastes much better than the mince base.
Strangely enough it also more filling, But boy o boy what a mess it is to make, my whole kitchen was full of cauliflower, like everywhere....and what a mission to grind it, first i tried the blender, that was a total fckup, then I used the twister, this was also a mess up.
Sunday I made another Meatza, think i'm finished with Meatza/Cauliflower pizza for a few months now
