how do you know you stayed in ketosis or not?
I pee on ketostix. I had my sister send some from overseas, but looks like you can get them at online retailers.

To be honest the one I made at home was a lot better. It was less soggy, as Kingbel reported. Mine even had less of a cauliflower taste. But to be honest the whiskey and flu medicine I had before dinner made me feel a little intoxicated and a little grumpy

Had this at Colcacchio's in Big bay, was burnt to a cinder and tasted crap, cost over hundred bucks for a 20cm.
At least you get a greek salad with it though.

so the US finally starting to slowly admit they may have got something wrong with nutritional guidelines
