To be honest, while I think that's awesome, please watch out for your knees.. 145kg is still a bit heavy for impact exercise like running.. If you want to exercise maybe try swimming, it'll be a lot better. Or even lift - squats/deadlifts.
I tried running at 130kg. Got shin splints on my first try... which was also my last try.
