The politics and slanging with the r/bitcoin and r/btc crowds is hardly new.

The Tether story was yesterday morning's news. The market plummeted for about 5mins. Then promptly recovered. The implications of any dodgy dealings behind USDT or the scope of the hack doesn't seem to bother the market much right now.

My ETH tokens also jumped from R5k to R5,850 in less than a week. that's pretty serious growth.

However there's talks of the bottom falling out under BTC in 2 days' time with the miners possibly moving over to BCH. I've now finally learned that instead of panic selling this is an opportunity to buy in more. Just curious how far it's looking at dropping.

Wouldn't be too surprised if it drops down to R80k before everyone come to their senses again.
