Horrible horrible potato photo... So ashamed, so sorry guys. Unfortunately only one I got and then the kids started trying to kill each other over toys and I got busy.
After last night's core and cardio workout.
Slowly getting bf% down to better definition levels.

Totally awesome workout that. In phase two of six pack shortcuts there's a functional leg day that gives you a burn like no other. Can't wait to go to the gym at 12;30
I have a new goal.
You know those youtube videos of the guys doing those massive leaps of a box jump?
I want to do that.
Good one IS- looking solid.
If only the immediate after effects hung around for 24 hours instead of 2 lol
Totally agree, listen to your body. Look, if you're heavy enough, just don't use the extra weight. Jumping lunges in particular. Bottom line as you get heavier you have the natural resistance built in.Problem with all these funky jumpy exercises is that I don't want to blow out my knee.
When I get back to 99Kg I'll be alot more focused on these exercises.
I did the jumps at the gym today managed to do 200 jumps on the 600+400 box stacked.
So that was pretty good but I can feel it's dangerous I need to eat less.
I have a lot of natural resistance![]()

Lay off the heaviest for a while?I think I might have a slight pec 'tear/strain'.
I felt some soreness in my pec 2 weeks ago, kinda just shrugged it off.
Went my heaviest yesterday that I could and it went well, but felt that pain again.
...
Post workout.
Had a pretty poor session, but felt pretty good in the mirror.

You're all skin and crossbones. You're not alone lol. I'm trying to balance work and gym so I decided to bite the bullet and start with a reference. I have 10kg to lose or 5 if I have lean gains - not as likely at my age so I'll go with 10kg of puppy fat loss as realistic. I'll post again if I feel significant change... hopefully not in 20 years time when I'm gaining speed on the downhill :crylaugh:

Yeah, I had two sessions today including one explosive SPS leg workout which left me panting like Fenton. Looking forward to keeping it up. The hardest part is always the eating right - particularly beyond 35 years old. I need to eat less sugar and wheat and more veg and I'll be fine. Protein is actually the easy part for me. Nothing like eggs. You're all skin and crossbones.
Just kidding
That's not bad, 5kg will make a big diff and 10 even more so. You look like you have a solid base so that will obvs show more with the weight you wanna lose.
Goddammit I wish I could start doing squats again![]()
