OK phewthanks for the feedback.
I've bought some SSN mass builder shake now to drink in the mornings and that is creatine free.
On another note - I did a PB this morning on deadlift - 140kg 6 reps. Maybe not massive for some but was great for me. I warmed up with 10 reps of 80kg, then 100kg 8 reps, 120kg 6 reps then 140kg 6 reps.
That is a really solid deadlift! I have neglected Squats and Deadlifts all year and am only now doing 120KG for 6, so that is really solid Gratz!
