Same height as me. My dad was 6' 2", but my mom is like 5' 6", so I guess it evened out :/

I maintained my cut over December, so I have returned to work leaner. I skipped a few leg days as I have been taking some boxing and functional fitness classes. My legs are pretty sore from my session on Saturday still.

Anything between a week or 2 is standard I would say. Unfortunately for us I do believe there is still a relatively big backlog at the JHB Intl Mail Centre. So chances of it taking a month to get scanned, cleared and delivered is not out of the question.

My order that I placed in November took exactly 1 month.

And mine just under 2 weeks. My previous order was at my door in a week.

Sucks to be dependent on SAPO for these deliveries. But until MP gives us the option to use a courier like FedEx or DHL we just have to hope our packages get picked up quickly from the pile.

Wow that was quick! If I look at the tracking logs the longest wait was getting it to SA from the UK but I think this could be due to thr high demand when they ran their special in November. From entering SA to the post office was 5 days.
