Yeah that would probably be better for my back than the floor.
Cool.. just need to construct something to hang onto. Hmm....
I hear ya.
I have this stubborn last little layer that hides my sixpack that I'm trying to cultivate. Thing is I'm already at 67kg @ 175cm. When I dip down to 65 after a hard day of sweating it becomes quite a bit more evident.. so does that mean I should cut more?
PS. I've only been lifting for about a month or two (switched from super circuit)

Genetics - don't worry too much about it.
If you want proof, check the world hotdog eating champion out lol

Bread does nothing for him lol
That sounds quite light. Keep doing the weights and abs, making sure you have rest days between training the same muscle group. I reckon add a protein shake to your diet and try and build your muscles out, rather than trying to cut the last little bit of fat.I hear ya.

Eat beef.
Early days but really digging stronglifts 5x5. The Overhead press is getting slightly challenging at 30kg (not counting bar weight as we don't have an Olympic bar). I guess I'll start battling in another 2/3 sessions or so.
I lift at work so no rack which I'm sure will put a cap on going too high![]()
Eat beef.
+ Chicken, Tuna, Pork Fillet, Cottage Cheese.
All great low fat/carb sources of protein.
Agree. Whey is for lazy people. /ducks
