I have as much musical talent as contained in my little toe. How about we do a 21s challenge I posted a few weeks ago? See how many rounds you can do in 60 minutes and post here. :crylaugh:

21s Challenge

20 x squats
20 x push ups
20 x jackknives
20 x box jumps (I did up to the side of a boxing ring)
20 x lunges (10 on each leg)
20 x sit ups
20 x jumping jacks
20 x dips

Do a full burpee in between each set. Then after you have done one round, decrease the 20 reps down by 1 (to 19, 18, etc), and increase the burpee by 1.

:wtf:

:wtf:

I will pencil these in for sunday hopefully or maybe trick my lady into doing them

Box jumps.. how high? Google tells me that's about 1m?

Pity about the dips otherwise everything could have been done outside in a park even.

How ever high you can manage.

If you want to take it outside, do the dips from a bench.

I feel your pain. Woke up this morning to severe pain on my left shin/ankle.

Googling showed it's my extensor retinaculum. Bloody sore and swollen to boot; can hardly change gears on the bike. Buggered if I know where it came from. Gym last night was event-free.

Came across bicep tears video , didn't realize you could tear it so easily.

That' painful to watch, but judging from their reactions, it's not THAT bad?

Bicep curls for me will ALWAYS be light weight. Now that I've seen these guys tear biceps on deadlift, I'm going to have mental issues lifting :o

@ 0:51 I tried hard not to lol. When your form is that bad you're asking for trouble.
1:18 Respect! He holds it after the tear. Flip.

:wtf:

I do plan on attempting that... one day :D

Being a overweight bugger I started exercising a couple of weeks ago. For now some light jogging and then mostly exercises using my own body weight, crunshes, pushups, squats etc etc, keep in mind I did very little physical activity for at least 6 years before this.
My question, what can I do to ease the mustle sorness and stiffness after a session? I for example did arm and chest exercises on Tuesday, yesterday my arms was a little stiff and sore, but today my biceps and triceps are killing me up to the point where it's quite a mission to make certain movements, making my arms completely straight for example.
I'm going for another session this afternoon and though I won't really do biceps or triceps per say, I'm scared of hurting myself because most other things involve your arms to a certain extent.

Drink a Whey shake post workout or eat a good source of protein within 45 minutes of your workout. Post workout, the muscles are like sponges. Also, rest until the soreness is gone. Visit www.bodybuilding.com if you want some help with a good program.

So another session while being sore is a bad idea? Was I correct in assuming I'll easily hurt something?
