Any pointers on blowing my calves up?

Cycling
My calves are bigger now that I cycle, and have plenty definition. My quads also blew up. I train on the bike using power and intervals. I however don't think that cycling is the answer if lifting does not yield results. You will be fitter, most definitely, but bigger? Doubtful.
You can work calves almost every day without catabolic affect so go for it.

Hey everyone, I need some advice. I'm trying to gain some muscle, build strength and lose some belly. My diet is a bit limited due to the household, so I was looking at getting the following products to add some protein to my diet and aid building muscle/recovering:
Nutritech Creatine HCL
Nutritech Amino Boost 2.0
Nutritech Premium Whey
Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to ask
P.S. I'm a 1.76m, 85 kg male in case that's important![]()
Don't waste your money on supplements if your diet isn't 100% first. Diet > Supplements.
The term "supplements" is exactly as the definition of the word implies, to add or supplement to an existing thing.
Also, to get leaner (lose the belly fat) you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less). To build muscle you need to create a calorie surplus (eat more). You can't do both at the same time.

Tikkop, that's great to hear, but machines do not rectify any imbalances, but actually cause them.
Closing down sale at Cipla Nutrition.

Thank me later.
p.s. I can vouch for the Cookies and Cream Whey. It's among the best I've tasted. Will provide additional feedback as I receive mine.
True. There is that possibility with machines.
But certain machines have their place, even among advance lifters. Such as, the hack squat machine, leg press machine, lat pull down machine.
The machines also helped my ego, as I can lift more on them, and kept me motivated in the beginning of my gyming journey.
Not thaaat cheap. Also, the cookies & cream is sold out
