It helps get rid of that hard to get rid of fat especially around the belly, take with some L Carnitine. It does work, the CLA helps metabolise body fat, makes it into lipids to get into the bloodstream so you can use it as a fuel source especially if you do fasted cardio first thing in the morning. The L carnitine latches on to the fat lipids and pulls it into the mitrocodria of the cells this is the muscle cells which give you power. So it is a transporter or it keeps you doing that cardio longer and faster. ie Energy. You can throw in some intra workout BCAA's and glutamine to protect your lean muscle during that fasted cardio.
Saw someone PROPER squat 280kg yesterday. Was a sight to be seen. Guy is 1.65. Built like a brick ****house.
Was a sight to be seen in person.
Proper - don't see that too often.
There are plenty people @ the VA that I go to that load the bar up and squat maybe a 1/4 of the way down.
If I don't reach parallel or below parallel then I don't consider it a rep.
Guys, have you even woken up and wondered..... How can I incorporate more supplements into my life?
I've been steadily dropping BF for a while but hit a bit of a block. Was doing morning HIIT which helped but had to stop due to life stuff... but will start again next month.
I was doing some reading up and I see lots of guys tout CLA and Green tea Extract to aid fat loss.
Is anybody using it as part of their stack, or had experience with it?
BTW info if needed:
Diet is mostly clean
recently started tracking macro's but suck at it

. Damn! Things don't grow as fast as I'd like toI do calves in everyday I workout. I feel like adding a week just for calves. Damn! Things don't grow as fast as I'd like to
More weight. It's a muscle like any other. I was doing 60kg seated raises and noticed little improvement. One day I decided stuff it - doubled the weight. Boom. They started to grow and I could actually manage 12 rep sets. Your calves are a LOT stronger than you think. Give them weight!I do weighted calf raises. I've given up on those designated machines. I didn't see any improvements. What can I add?

I was always a believer that calves worked differently to other muscles...so take a moderate weight and do 30 reps a set.Wow 60kg - 120kg.
I can only do 40kg comfortably. I would tear a muscle if I pushed it up to even just 60.

With calves how do u know that you aren't going to cramp up or tear something. My greatest fear realized would be being stuck at the gym unable to walk or drive home![]()
