The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

I used to import all my supplements, but with the current exchange rate it has become too expensive to ship. I bought 2x Nutritech 3kg Pure Whey in Banana and Cinnabomb. R599 at a small pharmacy in PE.

The banana tastes great, 8 out of 10 with just water.
The Cinnabomb is more like vanilla with a very vague hint of cinnamon, so I just sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top when I make my shake. 7 out of 10.

As for the content, personally I don't care that much. Dichem says they don't stock Nutritech because it failed their quality tests. The guys in the local supplement shops say that the quality is fine, but it is aggressively priced against Dischem's Biogen Products, which is why they don't sell Nutritech in Dischem.

Draw your own conclusions. I was surprised that it tasted as good as it did.

it tastes so good because of the additives
 
Since I flavour everything with cinnamon and coffee...I only buy unflavoured. Find that works best for making smoothies too. Especially when using any type of berry etc.
 
Anyone know where to buy a pair of Converse shoes? I'd prefer those but I can't seem to find any locally...

If not I'll have to invest in a pair of Inov-8's.
 
I just have a pair of F-Lite 230's, which seem to have been discontinued. The Oly's are very nice, probably my next pair.

I actually got mine after seeing an ad on Facebook for them on Facebook from www.rebelstore.co.za
Had them on special for R500 including delivery.

How is the taste btw? Do you use ground coffee?

Awesome.

Was looking at rebelstore and one thing that boggled my mind was the price difference the colour choice makes.

Blue pair - R1750
Lime green black - R995

:D

For R800 saving I'll live with green shoes.

Now just need to find a place I can try them on. Read the sizes are really small.

Taste good for me. I use maybe half a teaspoon of instant coffee and a dose of cinnamon. This is only for breakfast shakes which I do maybe 3 or 4 times a week if I don't cook breakfast.
 
I ordered online without trying on first. There is a size chart somewhere specific to Inov-8 shoes, and I just followed that guideline. I actually find mine to be a little on the larger side.

Yeah. Weights are crazy expensive.

I usually check the classifieds sites for bargains. Picked up quite a few that way.

And once Makro had a special on 20KG plates for R400 each. So I immediately got 2.
 
How can i overcome late night hunger pangs
I tend to stick to my diet in the daytime

However i tend to get hungry late at night and snack on all the wrong foods

Any suggestions how to beat the hunger?
