Hit a personal mile stone tonight.

Completed my working squats sets with 100kg for the first time. 5 x sets of 8 reps. And with great form as well.
Been stuck between 95kg and 98kg for a few weeks now. Always failing to complete the final set. Hit 98kg last week and moved up to 100kg tonight. Thought I would fail in final set but I kept my focus and completed all 5 sets.

Know it is not much for the veterans on here but it is a goal I set for myself right at the beginning.

Can somebody give me some pointers perhaps please, been drinking USN Whey GH, but changed to Nutritech Pure whey, and i am not sure what the correct dosage should be, i just had my Post shake now, added 3 scoops to 400ml water, and it just tasted so weak (compared to the USN that was larger scoops for more or less the same amount of water, with more flavor) Now i am not looking for flavor, i am looking for recommended amount of water vs scoops of whey to get the best results.

Question - why do you use a shake? Rather not just have a proper meal with protein & carbs? Much better IMO.

Because a meal does not provide the precise ratio he might need in terms of protein, carbs and fats.

What do you mean a meal doesn't provide the precise ratios? Surely he knows what his pro/fat/carbs requirement are? You just build you're meal accordingly and choose the right combination and weight.

Here is an example.

My post workout is usually about 40g protein, 2g fat and 30g carbs. This is super easy to make in shake form and goes down in seconds - less than 2 minutes and done.

40g of protein is about 180g of steak or chicken. Now with chicken you don't have the worry of fat and carbs - depending on the cut, but with steak at least you'll get much more fat than the 2g. Same with carbs. 30g is about 50g of oats or 150g of sweet potato.

As a meal I have that regularly over lunch. Easy peasy. After a tough squat session where I feel like puking my lungs out on the way home? Not so convenient now is it? Then I just drink a shake and I know I hit my macros. Makes your life convenient and consistent.

Sure I understand the convenience part, what I'm trying to say is rather wait 30-60 min after your workout and then have a proper meal rather than a shake. You probably know that real food beats a shake anytime?

I have that as well, but this is my Post Work out shake. Then after about an hour or so, ill have a couple boiled eggs, some time after that, i will have my lunch for the day, whatever that is.

I get what you saying, and yes - if you can, then why not, but you don't always have the luxury of preparing a solid meal after a work out, (especially like in my case, that gyms at 10:30 am at work) but you can always just prepare a shake.

Cool man, I get what you're saying :)
I always try to get in a proper meal no matter what and I get annoyed when people who have no reason but still just 'have a shake' to get some protein in when they sit at their desks all day.

I've used both chocolate & vanilla & quite like them. Still need to try strawberry.

Strawberry is actually the only one I've tried and I don't like that at all. I'll take your word for the chocolate and vanilla.

I have also waited to see what Black Friday specials there are. Hoping Chromeshop or Takealot will have Nutritech specials.
