RebelStore has some proper deals on their kit.

Lifting shoes are marked down a good R700 odd.

Straps for R35.

Not too shabby.

Full leather lifting belt marked down to R175 from R575. Or something like that.

Pretty good.

So i came across this article and now am wondering which products in South Africa contain this. I usually have fat free greek yoghurt as my last meal for the high protein content which is casein and will release slowly into the body as I sleep through the night so i can get keep the body anabolic, not to mention getting in some probiotics. This article makes me wonder what is safe considering all the chemicals that are pumped into the cows to make them grow quicker. Have a read and then lets try and see which products contain carrageenan.

I've noticed something lately while doing squats. I cannot keep my feet aligned. My left foot has to be a few centimetres further forward than my right otherwise it feels like my body is twisting at the bottom of the movement and I over compensate on my right side when pushing up. Slip the left foot forward a few cms and suddenly everything feels smooth and I can drive through both heels.

That sounds like your hips aren't scared up.

I think i experience something similar (left foot slightly back). Maybe it is so that the dominant leg can move more of the weight to compensate? I have been trying to correct. It doesnt help that the lines on the mat at the gym are skew.....

Nice site to order stuff from to brew your own pre-workout mix.

Have not ordered from them in ages though...

It probably does have something to do with the hips, but I can't figure out if I am doing something wrong or if it is ''natural''.

At first I thought it was my body compensating with heavy weights, so I dropped back down a good few kilos to see and it is still the same. If my feet are aligned I twist to the right (it is slight, but I can notice it) and the upward drives shifts to my right heel while my left foot wants to push from the toes. But as above, I could still be compensating. I just can't make any sense of it as when I stagger my feet the workout feels more ''complete''
