The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

I have used it twice before and I honestly could not feel any difference in recovery or DOMS.

So now I do not use it anymore. Only get some in via my protein shake.
Yeah, I'm undecided, will leave it for now. Quite expensive per gram, even though 300g is enough for 60 doses.

Who is cutting for summer? Hows the starve going lol - eating more spinach leaves than anything else!

I can't do weightlifting at the moment due to injury, but luckily that hasn't stopped my cut. Currently the thinnest I have been for my entire adult life - according to my scale, I weigh 83. Pretty sure I had a boep in first year university, so if things continue at the rate they are, that boep will be gone by around February next year. I will be boep free for the first time in 12 years!

I can already see my ribs, I just have a little bit of tummy fat left. Nearly there!

Then next year, after I'm healed, I can go back to building muscle. I don't have much muscle at all actually. I think I'll look like a skeleton after cutting and before putting on muscle - oh well!

No problem. I would love to hear about them when they arrive.
The shoes are great! Size was spot on. The toe box is actually a little wider than normal. Which I enjoy. Solid and stable with zero give in the heels.

Glad I bought them

The real test will be squats on Friday hehe.

Did you get them from RebelStore?
I found their service to be excellent, and their prices weren't bad either.

Did the injury come from gymming?

Same here, very skinny now, but tummy almost flat, this is the flattest its been in about 4 years, need to go buy new jeans and work pants lol

Used MuscleWorks regular protein for 3 months and i can tell you their stuff is rubbish saw no effect in post workout and I would question the quality of their product although the product packaging says they import German Whey. Guess the best next cheap product is Muscle Junkie.

Can somebody give me some pointers perhaps please, been drinking USN Whey GH, but changed to Nutritech Pure whey, and i am not sure what the correct dosage should be, i just had my Post shake now, added 3 scoops to 400ml water, and it just tasted so weak (compared to the USN that was larger scoops for more or less the same amount of water, with more flavor) Now i am not looking for flavor, i am looking for recommended amount of water vs scoops of whey to get the best results.

2 heaped scoops in 200ml water is the normal dose. So you should be using 300ml water. The amount of water is irrelevant though, mix to taste preference.

Ill try that and see, its not really about the taste for me. I can really almost drink anything, as long as it works.

I take three scoops but still only put 200ml or less water in.

I don't like it watery or runny at all.

Same with the casein. 3 scoops, 200ml milk, stick blender and then 10min in freezer. Delicious stuff before bed.

You must eat it with a spoon surely?

That is THICK!
