Pity.
Straps already sold out.
3.2kg USN Pure Whey on special at Takealot Daily Deals for R549 today.
I've noticed something lately while doing squats. I cannot keep my feet aligned. My left foot has to be a few centimetres further forward than my right otherwise it feels like my body is twisting at the bottom of the movement and I over compensate on my right side when pushing up. Slip the left foot forward a few cms and suddenly everything feels smooth and I can drive through both heels.

Anyone still use to order their supps - http://www.bssa.biz/
I remember a while back they where issues with delivery etc.
That sounds like your hips aren't scared up.
I think i experience something similar (left foot slightly back). Maybe it is so that the dominant leg can move more of the weight to compensate? I have been trying to correct. It doesnt help that the lines on the mat at the gym are skew.....
One leg slightly longer than the other?
