i really feel sorry for a the sods that get sucked into the hype of the supplement industry...without actually realizing the work that needs to be put in on top of these supplements.

It is for this reason alone I don't condone enhanced celebrities endorsing supplements under the guise of being natural.

Creating completely false expectations.

As you say, it takes effort. Pure and simple. Day in and day out without letting up to build your body.

My main issue is the time frame expectations.

"6 weeks to ripped" programs....

as you say, Day in and day out and the small changes adding up.

And not just work in the gym, but most of the hard work is done in the kitchen and the other 23hrs you're not at gym.

This. I started off using supplements. Used them for about 3 months and wondered what would happen If I stop. I actually felt better without them, still make gains and it forces me to make more of an effort in the kitchen.

I just can't justify spending more on supps, then what you are on your gym contract.

R10 a bar
OK, well it isn't going to get any better... Discounted price on their US based website is $24.99 per box, so at R16 to the dollar that works out to R400 per box. Coincidentally R350 for a box is equivalent to R14 to the dollar :/

I must maybe try out a steamer as opposed to the oven.

How long does it take and what quantity chicken can you pack in there?
