Pop the top parts into the dishwasher.
Rinse the bottom.

Because it Is steam nothing sticky happens.

I must maybe try out a steamer as opposed to the oven.

How long does it take and what quantity chicken can you pack in there?

5 chicken breasts, on first tray
Brown rice on second tray
Veggies in top tray

20 minutes.

Ostrich patties first tray
Aartappels in second tray
Tomatoes in top tray

20 minutes

Eggs in bottom tray
12 minutes

PLUS you can set the timer, so when I wake up at 6, my eggs and bacon is waiting for me

so you leave the meat and opened eggs out in it the whole night? or are the eggs at least boiled?

Damnit that sounds convenient. I'm sure it could steam up a sweet potato just as easily...

I'll need to look into getting one of these. Very convenient it seems.

What a colossal idiot.

The whole point of gearing is to get the absolute minimum dose needed to for maximum returns. More is NOT better.

Brilliant.

I'll start shopping around. Too convenient not to have this and try it.

I must get my steamer out again. Such a convenient thing but haven't used it in ages.

For some reason my steamer did some strange things the last few times I used it.

All the water steams from the bottom and just goes and sit on the bottom black tray with the vent in the middle. Then the element runs dry because no water is in the bottom compartment. Unless of course you add more water to the bottom tray so that it keeps overflowing into the compartment with the element.

I must definately get that steamer. Another thing to get is a slow cooker also makes life easy for a bodybuilder.

I'd get it just for making sweet potato. The rest is a bonus.

In the oven takes too damn long and microwaved they taste not so good.

Steaming apparently works awesome.

Would not mind an air fryer though...making sweet potato chips :)
