Hi Gents & Gals,

It's been a while since I was active on the forum, glad to see you're all still pickin it up and putting it down. I took a little sabbatical to study and tour Israel but it's good to be back again.

I look forward to catching up with y'all again.

This is the way to do calf raises.

whats everybody's fat burner of choice?

I've seen my best results by just sticking to a low carb calorie deficit diet. Tracking everything that goes into your mouth.

I've used ECA before with good results too but I find it gives you that excuse to cheat on your diet. You know because I'm using this supplement that will burn this cheat meal away tomorrow.

Hi guys,

What is a good pre-workout meal ?

I normally go to the gym between 18:45 and 19:00. However I eat only a small snack round about 16:00 and only eat dinner after returning from the gym.

Normally I drink a whey protein shake 30-45mins before going to the gym, but I feel like I don't have enough energy when at the gym.

Somebody recommended eating a can of tuna 30-45mins before going to the gym, but I think the taste can get boring and will then have to buy a ****load of tuna cans :D

For exercises I tend to follow what celeb superhero guys are doing. Try brown rice or oatmeal as a pre workout meal.

Since I haven't been going to gym for the last few years I have noticed something interesting today. Do people no longer use gym towels when working out..? Yesterday I saw more than half of people training without them and this definitely wasn't always the case.
