You steam your steak, ostrich make you hurl and you don't trust Takealot. You make me laugh man, I like Takealot as much as I like ostrichTakealot and me have a history of lies and deceit. Do not trust them one bit.
Good thing is I scored thousands already but don't want to buy anything from them with it

RS PRO-V-GUARD Everyday Protector & Immune Modulator (60 Capsules)
I believe thats from a local supplier, but not 100% sure who exactly.
Same product people talk about here
As for why I started using probiotics, it was suggested by one of the top bodybuilders (Vince Del Monte) via email newsletter, the above is just a product I happened to find locally.
However, rather go research yourself whether you think you will benefit from this or not. Its not something that will boost your bodybuilding or muscle building at all, but rather more targeted toward health and well being. Personally that offers more reward for me, than anything that bodybuilders use, but its just my opinion.

Ok that does sound quite shady.Bought for laptops on separate occasions Dell ones worth over 14K each at the time every single one of them was tampered with, ram removed, different wifi card etc.
I have nothing against it. In fact I encourage it, it's probably one of the most fundamental supplements I use.
I use Reuterina's probiotics
Ok that does sound quite shady.
Yeah its currently the only supplement I use, with the rest of my intake all good food.
That said, its still worth the effort trying to get people to read up on stuff before just putting it into their mouth and swallow, because random person named Tinuva on the internet suggested it.
In this instance, it probably will help kolaval, to help his digestive system with all the other stuff he takes, but I dont actually know all the stuff he takes in, and what effect the extra probiotics will really have. He should also ask himself, why would someone recommend probiotics when he complains about farting the whole day. It has helped me a lot with farting, and the product I use, I like the other ingredients that boosts immune system which is awesome too, but who knows if it will even work for him.
Anyways rant over
Product I linked from TakeAlot is awesome, its sold by a market seller on takealot, which just makes it far easier to get your hands on, and the price havent changed since 2014, which is even more awesome. Also R250 qualifies for free fast shipping with TakeAlot, what is there to complain about? Product also always arrive sealed, so I would be surprised if someone tampered with the actual pills![]()
Jip they admitted it all 4 times and I got my money back, but obviously I've learned my lesson now.
I need some help on this one

Regarding what the best multi vitamin is because the food in stores are not.
Do You Know What You’re Taking?
If you’re like most people, you probably think that the vitamins contained in multivitamins come from foods. Sorry to disappoint you, but they’re not! Most are synthetic, and you may not like hearing what they’re made from.
Here’s a few synthetic vitamin examples that may open your eyes:
Vitamin D – synthetic vitamin D is made from cattle brains that have been irradiated. Yes, irradiated… as in zapped with radiation.
Vitamin C – made from hydrogenated sugar, processed with acetone. Does acetone sound familiar? It should, if you’ve ever seen a bottle of nail polish remover.
Vitamin A – also called beta-carotene, comes from petroleum esters, refined oils and methanol. Mmmmm… tasty!
Vitamin B – most of the B vitamins are derived from coal tar and hydrochloric acid. Lovely!
Just to make things a little more “interesting”, many of the leading multivitamins contain just under the maximum “acceptable limit” of lead, according to a 2008 FDA study.
That might be enough to make you want to drop all your multivitamins in the trash. After all, you’re busting your butt to be healthy, and then pumping your system full of those poisons? The poisons in those multivitamins are bad enough, but what’s NOT in them is nearly as bad.
Don’t Trust a Label to Tell the Whole Story
When you read “natural” on the label, you probably think it means “food”. Well, petroleum is “natural”. I suppose an argument could even be made that radiation is, too.
Don’t think that the back label is totally honest, either. Consumer Lab recently ran tests on the 38 leading multivitamin brands. Only 25 passed their tests. The rest were found to either contain less of the nutrients than the label claimed or they broke down so slowly that they would be passed through to the intestinal tract before they could be absorbed.
Is the dosage one or two pills a day?http://www.takealot.com/rs-pro-v-guard-everyday-protector-immune-modulator-60-capsules/PLID40900824
