Had a very lazy lacklustre 3 weeks of training and no training. At least I'm up to three sets of 15 deep bodyweight dips @ 107kgs but it's difficult to fit everything into a 30min "exercise session " It just doesn't allow for much quick progress.

If I go for a run in cold weather, like at 8AM on a winter's day, when I get back, my chest is full of phlegm. In fact, my whole respiratory tract is. My lungs almost hurt. Is that normal?

Doesn't always happen to me but it has on numerous previous occasions but I was. Usually verkoue

What color is your phlegm? anything but white and you are infected.

I don't know. The mucus coming out of my nose isn't white, but I've never seen white mucus in my entire life.
