The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

Had a very lazy lacklustre 3 weeks of training and no training. At least I'm up to three sets of 15 deep bodyweight dips @ 107kgs but it's difficult to fit everything into a 30min "exercise session " :( It just doesn't allow for much quick progress.

-lackluster
-15 x dips @ 107 kg

Pick one.

you on dat dere Rich Piana time bruh?
I watch Eric Kanefsky do them. I might do them too once I feel more in the swing of gym.

Yea yes!!
I do kris gethin's stuff, but incorporate a lot of Piana's advice, he's a knowledgeable guy at times

Guys does this happen to anyone else?

If I go for a run in cold weather, like at 8AM on a winter's day, when I get back, my chest is full of phlegm. In fact, my whole respiratory tract is. My lungs almost hurt. Is that normal?

No, none of that.

But googling it, it seems to be a common thing to occur in cold weather. Guess I'm just sensitive to it.

I don't smoke at all and never have. No weed and no cigarettes.

Cool, well sounds like you are getting a chest infection.Go get some meds and stop running in the cold in the morning until it has passed.

What color is your phlegm? anything but white and you are infected.

I don't know. The mucus coming out of my nose isn't white, but I've never seen white mucus in my entire life.
