If you mean I add plates to increase the weight then yes.
I would need to buy an Olympic bar and the plates to go with it though, so only drawback.

The olympic size plates makes sure that the bar is not too high or too low, so it's easier to work on your form, if this makes sense :o
But for the price of weights and a bar, join the gym rather! :D

Or just find out the height, and place plates underneath so its the correct height :)

(thats what my other half has to do for her lighter, warmup sets)

I read that some bodybuilders dnt actually eat enough and assume they are eating enough.make a food diary and add up the calories

For those of you interested to see how to squat properly, Mehdi from Stronglifts released a free video explaining the technique.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnV7vEi7Sz8

Thanks interesting video. You got anything similar for the dead lift ?

He also mentions in the video that the squat is not a popular exercise as its not done by most people. Which I think is true. I have only ever seen a few people at my gym squat, but I always see people doing arm or ab exercises.

He has a few other videos on the paid for website, however as soon as he release more of the free ones I will more than likely link them here. Specifically these are Squat, Deadlift, How to add 11lbs to Overhead Press, how to Bench up to 300lbs without killing your shoulders ect.

Considering its something like $1-2/month, you could always do it for a month then unsubscribe.

http://www.supplementworld.co.za/evox-creatine-monohydrate-500g-500g-free.html Creatine

Im currently at 11.5% body fat and i wanna try gain as fast as possible without increasing my body fat by too much.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, wanna try stick to local supps cause of the prices :)
As the other guys have stated, you gotta get the basics right (real food, rest, hard training) before you go over the top on the supplements. Check out http://www.muscleevolution.co.za/index.php/articles/supplements for some supplements advice.

And how fast you can gain muscle is explained here:

All of this goes into two +-150g pre and post workout shakes (the four shakes you see there are for two days):

Most of it from Best Supplements SA (containers by me)

Daily food, and above after prep:

buy some of Ondiers CEE and fill those containers with it

could be amusing when someone mistakes it for sugar

actually thats not a bad plan, April fools day coming up, might replace all the sugar in the office with CEE :D

edit: argh:( its on sunday
