This makes no sense to me ... why put on fat when u can put on lean muscle instead? If your body fat is low enough for a six pack that's not a bad problem to have. And even if you are super skinny, putting on fat will surely just give you a boep?

Can someone comment the quality of the VA in greenstone eastern jhb? decent weightlifters gym as far as VAs go or one of the newer crappy ones with a weight section smaller than a bedroom? I think the diet is a key to it working well. How many mg's is considered a lot?I don't consider anything abuse... what you do with your body is your choice, if steroids are considered "cheating" then so are protein shakes.
Personally - I've never used anything for gain... only for loss, used clen before with little results... gonna try again on a stricter diet.
