I can't help - I'm the worst person when it comes to injuries.. I just hammer through them... probably doing more damage... like my bloody knee.
 
This makes no sense to me ... why put on fat when u can put on lean muscle instead? If your body fat is low enough for a six pack that's not a bad problem to have. And even if you are super skinny, putting on fat will surely just give you a boep?

Because I have enough to worry about, let alone watch everything I put into my mouth. Milk is by far the cheapest solution to gaining weight, and if I put on some fat as you say, so be it, I'm not going to cry about it - I have enough time to lose it doing I.F. I have been for far too long been obsessed with the notion of gaining "lean muscle mass omg" up to the point where I basically stayed the same weight and plateaued on my lifts, for months. Ever since eating like a beast I've spike through my PR's while seeing noticeable differences in my body (and not at all a boep, as you so valiantly claim).

That's my problem, upper abs show and stick out even through t-shirt but that last little bit around bottom I'm going to nail come summer time, still enjoying my braai and beer at the moment on weekend's.
 
Can someone comment the quality of the VA in greenstone eastern jhb? decent weightlifters gym as far as VAs go or one of the newer crappy ones with a weight section smaller than a bedroom? I may have to use it in future but i cant check i lt out prior. If it is crap are there decent weightlifter gyms around the area?

Its ok...from what i recall the db's only go up to 50kg's though, and theres only one squat rack
But if you train after 7:30pm or on weekends its not a problem
My only gripe with the place (besides the limited db's) is they seem to have an aversion to using the aircon and the weights area can be a bit stuffy
You also guaranteed to atleast see 5 people wearing monster caps/beanies/wife beaters, but thats expected in the east rand, and you can just ignore them :p

I don't consider anything abuse... what you do with your body is your choice, if steroids are considered "cheating" then so are protein shakes.


Personally - I've never used anything for gain... only for loss, used clen before with little results... gonna try again on a stricter diet.

I think the diet is a key to it working well. How many mg's is considered a lot?

Anything over 120mcg. and just starting at that dosage is bound to have bad side effects, and possibly do damage.

As you said, diet will be key.
 
Looking to get something for pre-workout meal replacement?

any ideas, getting tired of eating chicken and tuna mid afternoon.
Is it a good idea?
Need something for after lunch mid afternoon about 1hr before i workout.
I heard some guys take Evox 5XL, there is also Evox Mass?

I would try the evox 5xl I guess.

Lol I wonder how accurate those heart rate monitors are on stationary bikes.
 
I have been using 5xl for about 2 months now, will try biogen after this batch, need more carbs i reckon, still feeling like i am getting weaker
 
What biogen you want to try? I found out my friend uses that usn igf 1 protein or something and he getting pretty big
