One cycle of something won't kill you. Roids are not death in a syringe. Roids will not make you rage at small things. And what is acceptable is all relative to what you want to archieve.

If you are on a cycle of, say, Sustanon, 95% of your gains will be lost 3 months after the cycle.

What the hell is Sustanon?

Steroids seem like a short term solution, what happens when you stop using them?
It is sort of a short term solution, but if you do it right, you don't lose everything you gained, and that is what you need to understand to not get hooked on it. You will peak while on cycle, then post cycle you will lose gains, the idea is to do it right to lose a little as possible, without growing boobs, and what you then after after the post-cycle, is where the real gains should be, that should be better than before you started.

The thing is, its a complicated business to do correct, and it is a truly expensive exercise. Is it worth it? I don't know.

"Sustanon 250 is a trade name for an oil-based injectable blend of four esterized testosterone compounds: 30 mg testosterone propionate 60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate 60 mg testosterone isocaproate" ... Wikipedia

Four esterized compounds

IIRC that's how long it takes to leave your body? wth could you need 4 different kinds for

O.o

I can't remember the details anymore, but it's all got to do with the half-life of the ester. One is almost 'quick release', while one is slower and longer acting, if this makes sense. Google it, there's a lot of info on it. If you're going to take something, this should be it. Also won't make you as bloated as Depotrone does.

180kg deadlift- slowly getting back to where I was.

Sadly, today when struggling to get 160kg for 2 - I realised 160kg was my last warm up set in Feb.

Good-thing is - everyday after back workouts my back doesn't hurt anymore - the pain comes back after about 4 days, but its getting stronger.

This seems to be the nature of these 'strength' exercises. I am now currently struggling with my squats again. I am now on 5 reps 180kg and 2 reps 200kg. This was not a problem a few months ago, when I did 220 for 2 reps. Oh well...

Yeh, mines related to injury though, but I know what you mean - I think its largely dependant on diet, I've noticed how the slightest change makes a significant strength difference.

LOL Customs are funny.

So I ordered some supplements from international last year, which arrived December 2012. They then refused to release the items I ordered, saying I should get permits and what not or they will destroy the items, and knowing the whole process of doing all the procedures to get a permit the previous time, I gave them the middle finger and said go ahead destroy it all. Left pretty upset.

Yesterday, I get a notification items are waiting for me at customs, with the import tax price I need to pay ect. Check the tracking number online and I notice it was already at Cape Mail Hub as of last year December, but I couldn't remember what. Got there this morning, turns out they decided to release the items without a permit to me. I was like o_0, and 0_0, what...? It was because they didn't release the items the first time that I just stopped ordering supplements from overseas, and now this. Really wonder what made them change their mind.

These items doesn't have an expiry date, at least not from what I can see, and still sealed. But still, I hate customs.
