I am sure it's going to be the same price. Just a re-brand of the name, and a small formula change.
 
Where can one buy liquid egg whites in bigger quantities than the one (9 whites) found at Woolies ? East Rand/Johannesburg/Pretoria area.

Yeah and first impression is that they may have cheapened the formula. :(

Got a sample container of Choc Mint (my favourite) from a friend and the mint taste was so overwhelming that it made me nauseas. It tastes sweeter than usual too and while in the past I could easily mix it into my coffee with just a spoon, I had to use a shaker to dissolve all the lumps of powder.

Seems like I will have to switch back to ON Gold even though it's so $$$.

That doesn't sound good. I wonder if that's the case with all the other flavours.
How much do you put in your coffee?
 
I usually use one scoop in my mid-morning coffee if I did not have a sufficient breakfast, sometimes with some MCT/butter.

It's sad since Nutritech has served me very well over the past 2 years.
 
Anybody tried the Body Sculpture supps? They have a huge thing going on here at my gym, decided to give their whey a try. It tastes great, mixes easily, smells great, and cleans out easily if you haven't washed your shaker in a while. Also pretty cheap at R600-something for 2kg. Can't comment on the results, only used it for a few weeks. Would definitely recommend giving them a shot.
 
first crossfit session down :) have been gyming 3 times a week since Jan and this was a new animal! Legs feel like jelly, thought I was going to throw up and pass out.

It is indeed a different animal. Be careful though, you will be flamed or ignored for mentioning CF here :p
