What do they call that exercise that's effectively the reverse of a fly? You bend over like doing bent over rows, but you do flys in reverse. I like to incorporate that into my shoulder workout.

You cant recommend something like hellfire to someone who has never used a preworkout before, Hellfire will kill them, and they might never sleep again
it has 4 times the amount of Dimit than any other preworkout.

They had a other one as well, "Nightmare", I stopped using it after a while, I lose all feeling in my face, it makes me high as a kite.

We where at a bachelors about 2 years ago, as you can think we had a few drink to many, next morning when we went home one of the guys had a severe hangover, (this guy has never even smoked in his life), So i give him 2 Nightmare pills and told him it will make him feel better (I mean, they sold this stuff at MR Price Sport)
He was booked of for 3 days after that , years later and I still laugh at this.

But ja, Hectic stuff that, I read Hellfire is worse, thats why i'm avoiding it.
My Preworkout used to be Creapump combined with Evox 3DO grapfruit, tastes like **** though.

where do you guys get that nightmare and hellfire? i would like to try it, pity you cant buy a single serving size :/

i used 3dt before they ruined it, back then it was awesome, the first time I used it I got pins and needles in my face, I felt like I could run 100km and had the concentration of 1000 men. you do however get used to it very quick to the point where it feels like it does nothing.

So it seems like my knees are keeping me from really pushing with leg day. I squat and deadlift with proper form (Not very heavy weight either) yet before I even get to leg extensions and leg press I get so much pain from my knees when pressure is applied to them - ie just by picking up the weights off the floor I get terrible pain when standing back up again.

My lower back also takes a bit of beating when doing deadlifts and sometimes goes into spasm. I keep the back arched and the knees don't go over my toes.

I must be doing something wrong as my knees are sore for the next 2 days. This is really pissing me off as legs are my main focus and I can't push as hard as I want to.

It works - if I have any advice though, make sure it's stored in a moisture free environment and don't keep it too long after opening, it gets stodgy (I think they use cornstarch as an ingredient). The NO pump is good and without caffeine. You may need to contact them to find your local stockist but they have good products produced locally.

Read that earlier. What the hell? If they can bull**** about some of their products, they probably bull**** about all of them. Currently only use Muscle Fuel for in between meals, but my creatine is Muscletech. Which brands can actually be trusted, though?
