Hi All
Quick question....
When you look at the nutritional information of a dry product, does that indicate the nutritional information of that product as it is or once it's cooked? For example, Royco Potato Bake. Does the nutritional information indicate the product as it or does it indicate the nutritional information once all the other ingredients have been added and cooked?

Thanks

How can they possibly know what else you are going to add? Upload a pic of the relevant info :)

Soooo...

What type of exercises should I do to gain muscle around the middle? Wife is complaining I am getting too thin, so I am trying to replace the fat I used to have with muscle. So far everywhere except the middle has seen muscle growth.

I have plenty of protein and normally I do a few sets of crunchs. Anything else I should try?

Still trying to find my optimal diet and keep my weight constant.

Mmm, I do think I this particular case your body type plays a big roll.

You can add width by using really heavy plates and to side raises. Target that muscle just like any other muscle and it will grow.

Thanks, Its just looks weird. The last bit of belly fat and my waist is too small for the rest of my body.

Guess I will have to focus on those muscles in the coming month.

Reduced cardio to 5% time of working out. I just want to reduce bf and not lose weight.

This usually works for me, maybe it will for you.

Apply 3 months of German volume training.

It's really a sizematic workout.

You need to do a lot more than crunches. Also need to target your obliques.
If you can do 20 crunches easily you are not doing them correctly. Keep it slow and remember to fold at the stomach, not at the hips.
