Anyone got advice for DB Rows?

I did them today for the first time and I couldn't friggin feel anything in my back. Felt more like a Tricep exercise

Are you pulling weight to your waste, I find if I go to my chest it starts working everything else except lats.

Use heavy weights, make sure you're using your back, try concentrate on it, don't use your whole body.

In other news I did a whole 15x3 pull-ups unassisted yesterday. At the beginning of this year I could not do even a single one.

Regarding pullups I have started adding weight and and upping rep range to 8-10, yesterday I did 5 sets of 10 reps with 10kg (rope tied to 10kg plate tied to my waste)
No more 150 -170 pull-ups for me, I was advised and rightfully so that it's a sure way to damaged shoulders.
I could feel it in other exercises, either that or I need to only do high volume 100 - 150 pull-ups once a week or once a month, I was doing it every second day so worked it out to over 600 wide grip pull-ups a week, something has to give.

I must admit though pull-ups where adding some mass to my upper back, and shoulders and flattening my stomach.

Need some advice guys.

I can't get whiskey over my lips and I drink brandy, changed from coke to tab or coke light, now I want to know will it be better to drink it with coke light or with kola tonic and soda?

From a sugar perspective?

Coke Light ant Coke both contain a lot of sugar,

All these light drinks are useless, if you want to really lose weight and get in shape drop the fizzy drinks.

It contains 500g of sugar? makes a lot of sense

Did you read the entire thing, 39g fructose in a serving of lite and 42 in normal coke, it did not mention 500g in a can..... ;)

Lite contains 10% less sugar, so I mean really if you want to diet stay off the fizzy drinks, it's not complicated.

Been a while since I visited this tread...

I've been struggling with motivation, hence why I am looking at this tread. Is anyone else experiencing this?!

Ive gone from 4-5 sessions a week, 45min weight session + 45min swim afterwards to 3 sessions a week weights only. My diet has also been very poor.

I started this year very positive on 90kg - went down to 83Kg, Im probably on 86kg now.

Im trying to build up my motivation to such a level where I hit the ground running in 2014

Again you did not read it, 42g per can in normal and 39g per can in the lite, 10% difference.

Please read the entire thing.... once again....

Please quote where exactly I'm not reading from that link?

The little red arrow on the side, then goes to another page, and then another then they quote figures per can.

It was the same with Vitamin Water, they can no longer advertise it as a healthy drink due to the sugars it contains....

If you believe Coca Cola Zero/Lite is a fizzy drink that is acceptable while trying to lose weight, then you need to get your head read....

Please stop talking from betwixt your buttcheeks:

There are no studies that indicate any long-term health risks from drinking diet soda. Diet Soda (defined as calorie free carbonated beverages sweetened with aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame-potassium, or other non-caloric or minimally caloric sweeteners) is not harmful to health, well-being, or body composition.[1]

Then by all means enjoy your diet soda's. Go read up on what happened to Coca Cola in the states for their Vitamin water, they don't give a kark about your health. They want sales and will take advantage of people that are trying to live a healthy lifestyle by slapping all the advertising junk on their products.

Ok:
1.) So, not on that link
2.) I don't see a little red arrow, the link you posted claims 500g of sugar, without even specifying the quantity of drink. So it could be 330ml, 2l, 400l.
3.) Where did I say it was acceptable?
4.) It cannot be calorie free if it contains SUGAR
