nevermind taht then, tell me whats wrong with people that don't do those 4 lifts?
Depends on what their goals are I suppose. I never hate on people for not doing certain exercises, but excluding those 4 does limit your options. Even when it doesn't come to powerlifting, those exercises are great for the supposed 'hypertrophy rep ranges'.
Not attacking you though, I mean you could be doing DB bench/DB OHP and there aint a single thing wrong with that.
