nevermind taht then, tell me whats wrong with people that don't do those 4 lifts?

Depends on what their goals are I suppose. I never hate on people for not doing certain exercises, but excluding those 4 does limit your options. Even when it doesn't come to powerlifting, those exercises are great for the supposed 'hypertrophy rep ranges'.

Not attacking you though, I mean you could be doing DB bench/DB OHP and there aint a single thing wrong with that.

I do seated OHP (dumbbell shoulder press rather) and dumbbell bench. and front squats instead of back squats. also, sumo deadlifts (granted, haven't done them in ages) as opposed to conventional. Guess that makes me a poofter in the eyes of the elite :whistle:

Oh god, those are all great exercises.
 
Yesterday I saw someone curling on a flat barbell bench.

Sat down facing the rack, pulled out the barbell, and curled his 2.5kg plates... The **** people do on the weights floor is beyond me.

Better than a skinny ****er curling 20kg in the squat rack (while you're waiting to squat) - also saw a guy actually take a fixed barbell to curl in the squat rack.
 
did that guy really **** his pants while trying to bench what looks like 40kg?

That video taught me one thing, humans are quite resilient when it come to surviving doing stupid ****, other than the heavy BB benchers cracking their ribs.

I'm hoping it was a prank and not real, shame, why do you go to lie on your bed if you **** yourself? Must have hurt a lot.

I saw a dude doing parkour, jumped against a wall and the entire wall collapsed he fell like 6 meters. Idk if he survived.
 
apparently evox discontinued 3dt / muscle punch (whatever it was called - can't remember now haven't used it in forever)
 
Soy inhibits test production. So if you are building muscle then try to rather pick something else.
