Any recommendations for a good mass gaining supplement???
I was considering getting anabolic mass by muscle works... Is it any better compared to hyperbolic mass??
Try find a weight you do 3x comfortably - use that as a RM max instead.
I use that as a bench mark every couple of months.
That was my thinking I currently do 2x 80 -10reps. 2x 75 - 12reps 1x 70 - 15 reps.
Thats way to much reps for me.
I usually just stick to 5,3,1 style training. My reps are only high now in the last sets, because I've just restarted it, and underestimated my current max.
