And thus, after almost 3 months of having no whey protein I am reminded of how awful it tastes.

Side Note: I have no idea how to socialize with people at the gym. Someone spoke to me today and I just awkwardly smiled and stared at them - mostly because I can never hear what people are saying in a gym with music playing.

Any recommendations for a good mass gaining supplement???

Currently using HYPERBOLIC MASS - HYPERBOLIC MUSCLE MASS from USN. R480 at Game for 6KG. I'm ot bulking, I don't do bulking, but this has added about 3% fat over 3 months of usage thus far.

Hmm, so I did pec dec today, I felt it more in my shoulders than anything else.

Also, remember how I used to be able to OHP so much? Well I can't anymore lol :( I became rusty in it

Don't know how that works.

I hate trying to buy fancy shirts. Fits perfectly everywhere except my chest.

Long sleaves shirts just don't fit me. They tear at the arms (elbow)... i wear them only by force.

My t-shirts are either too long, or too tight... pants, lets not even go there, I have trouble finding sizes of everything. Waist is currently between 36" and 38" - need to wear a 42" - so its loose as **** around the waist.

They really need to stop skinny/slim BS clothing lines, it should be for woman.

I haven't been gymming for very long but am currently beinching 80 comfortably and doing 100 - 1RM

My question is is it worth while to do my RM often or doesn't it help much?

Try find a weight you do 3x comfortably - use that as a RM max instead.

I use that as a bench mark every couple of months.

My shoulder is feeling much better... hoping to get a 10+ again on 100kg bench... back is still screwed - so deadlifts are still maxing out at 180kg :(

Thats one thing I like about fitocracy, you can download your workout history in CSV, then compare workouts and see when last you were able to do something, or how you've progressed.

That was my thinking I currently do 2x 80 -10reps. 2x 75 - 12reps 1x 70 - 15 reps.

Thats way to much reps for me. :p

I usually just stick to 5,3,1 style training. My reps are only high now in the last sets, because I've just restarted it, and underestimated my current max.

I prefer more reps over heavier weight. Find it feel it more the next day :D
