Yes, if he stops using, he will lose most of his gains. If he still looks the same after a year of not using, he is lying, 100% for sure. You will keep some gains, but nothing you could not have done without juice. About 4-6 months after your cycle, you might even hit a down, the kind of depro of not being able to push the weights you could only a few months earlier.
 
I am in no way advocating the use of juice and I am 100% natural now but I did use injectable juice around 15 years ago and I only ever did 2 courses and around 5 years of consistent hard work in the gym. I started using in my very early 20's because I felt like a tiny nerd, I weighed 68kg and I am 1.82m tall so I looked very skinny. After the 2 courses and around 5 years later I weighed around 110kg and I looked fantastic but I did stop gyming because I got bored with it and life got in the way.

After years I went down to around 85kg and no side effects at all, I've been back in the gym now consistently for just over a year and I train hard, eat right and will never consider juicing again because I have achieved what I set out. I'm back up to 92kg aiming for 100kg in 10 months and then maintain. I'm not sorry I used it but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
 
Quick question - cream soda Nutritech taste any good? Need a new batch and I'm over the strawberry flavour
 
It's crazy that Nutritech whey has increased by R100 in less than a year
 
Damn. R500 is cheap. Maybe us Gautengers should club together and bring most of their stock up here.

One last question about this roids thing.

I assume cycles and courses are the same thing. How long is a course for? Is it a fixed period or do the guys decide for themselves that they need a break?

You have 3 phases.

On cycle, bridge and pct.


A proper cycle can be between 8-16 weeks of being on, followed by a bridges phase anywhere up to 6 weeks (4 weeks seem to be most common and ended with PCT for the remainder of however long the compounds you are using dictate - which depends on what you've used and what doses.

Now while you can use only test, anavar, sust etc on their own, there is a reason your first cycle is called a golden cycle. The way your body will respond the first time will not be equaled or surpassed. Proper cycles can run in the 10's of thousands of rands, including having blood work regularly done to monitor levels of hormones and your body's reaction.

You will get varying results, but results non the less, even if you half ass it. Though nothing will prepare you for the progression you will encounter when your diet is on point already, you're already 10% or less body fat and your cycle is properly planned with synergistic compounds. I've seen bad cycles...and I've seen friends do the homework and invest and do it right. The former is meh while the latter is something you have to see to believe as to how fast your growth is. Truly makes one envious.

Does anyone know where to get natural peanut butter in Joburg? I've been buying from Dischem but it's bit expensive at R60 for 800g

Definitely a lot more common now than compared to say 10 years ago.

Most kids aged 16 these days which are serious about sport will likely go on some kind of performance enhancing drug. More scary is the fact that it would be supplied by the couches with no idea the harm it can do.

I can relate though, quick fixes are tempting! There was scrawny old me back in gym last night after 6 weeks off. The two girls training nearby must have been laughing at my puny squatting and deadlift weight!! They were hardcore :p
 
I reckon if I didn't exercise in the (dis)comfort of my own garage I would have stopped long ago.

I'd get so depro if I see all these hardcore and ripped guys in the gym and I'd just eventually give up because I'd feel so inferior with my 90kg squats and 75kg bench.

I did some reading up on the roids today and it is quite scary to see how many different kinds are out there. No way the coaches of kids at school know the effects and of most of the stuff they give kids.

I'm looking for some new gym attire, had a friend overseas who used to help, but he moved now.

Basically I like hardcore Army style clothing. Any ideas where to get some locally?
