Urg my Your You're etc uses suck!



Ephedrine ahhh the days !! I miss that white buggar sugar

I took the tablet about 10am, went to gym about 2pm, did legs, and started feeling extremely nauseous, and got cramps when I hit 430kg. Stopped, and did toe presses, and I'm still sore now :(

Yeah, glorious ephedrine, except I will never take it again. Was awesome for everything except your health and sexual performance. :o
 
Thor, just out of curiosity, do you partake in bodybuilding events or something similar?

No judging, just curious, since you seem to be "Eating Clen, and Tren hard". ;P
 
Not really, I am an active self defence "enthusiast" judo and boxing is what I grew up with and Krav Maga is what I practice now. Guess we can blame the ol' military mindset for that last one.


(Regards to clen etc, administered correctly it can make you a better you) but only when researched and applied correctly starting with nutrition.

( I woud have enjoyed a bodybuilding comp if it was still like in to 70's and 80's the old classic physiques.

Don't really approve of today's bodies.
 
Busy putting the final touches to my calf raise add-on for my power cage.

Will be able to do seated and standing.

Will post pictures when finished. Grinding down the welding now and then it still needs to be spray painted.
 
What is that one exercise that you really hate?

For me it is the pull up.

Makes me feel like such a weakling when I struggle to finish a set of 15. Last set I very rarely get to 12.
That is pretty good though. Try doing weighted ones?

That is the next step yes. Will probably have to get a belt because I'm useless at trying to keep a dumbbell between my feet. Tried it with leg raises one time and almost killed the dog who was strolling underneath.

What is that one exercise that you really hate?

Squats because I can't walk for 3 days afterwards

Hopefully it will be finished by tomorrow. I need it to be finished by Friday as it is leg day again and I refuse to try keep my balance again while doing one-legged raises with a dumbbell in each hand.

Look, it won't be an engineering marvel or look pretty but it'll do the job. Have to improvise a bit because I'm a home gym rat.

I actually haven't decided yet if the weights are going to be stacked on top of the contraption or if I'll have a hanging chain and plate with weights on top of that. Each has its own pros and cons.
