Yup i cannot wait for gym :D tonight

I am taking 3 a day though, mostly to kill my appetite. quiting smoking and binge eating are not apart :D.

I must say sleep last night was interesting. Not sure if i slept or not. Awesome dreams as well.

Anyone here used or know of anyone who has used HGH? Seems better than roids and less side effects.

Until you can bench at least 140 and squat at least 160 you aren't allowed to use any...M'kay! :D
 
Where do you train Killa?

For now at home. I need to make sure i can gym every day for 2 months so i do not go sign a contract and never go like i have done in the past.

For now i am happy though because i trying to lose weight so i have some dumb bells i run, swim and cycle plus i got the best abs machine known to man :D.

For now i just want to lose my belly then from there i will look into building up.

Geez bench 140 hectic :D, once i have my 6 pack abs i shall get there via a gym and then HGH here i cum :D.

*sigh* I used to be able to bench 140kg without much effort... I now struggle lifting 80kg off the supports :(

However, I can still squat over 160kg :)
 
I know - I was shocked at home much muscle and strength I've lost :( Very sad - took me almost 6 years to build it up (naturally)... and then 2-3 to loose it.

Hehehe..yeah well longest break Ive ever taken must be around 2/3 months and that knocked me back quite a bit. 2/3 years would be the end of me:sick:

Is that 160kg to parallel?

Thats a crazy ratio for squats/bench if the squats are done properly?

Yeh - my legs have always been extremely strong without exercise - my upper half has always been my weak point, specifically chest.

Even on a leg press I shocked the personal trainer in March by pressing more than him - and he's hectic into body building.

Shopping also a bitch, most longs are to tight around my legs when I wear the right waist size - although now I don't have that problem as my waist caught up :p
 
Questions for all the experts on this thread.

I have been at the gym consistantly the whole year this year - 50/50 mix of cardio and weights. My initial goal was to loose a good few kilos. I have since done this. I still have some fat on the belly etc. So there is room for more improvement. But is a lot better then when i started.

I now want to start focusing on building more muscle. My new goal is not to become some massive bodybuilder, just put on more muscle and at the same time work away the remaining fat.

I want to know about some supplements. But i am pretty clueless, and have never taken anything previously.

So for a beginner what is the reccomendation?

I was thinking BSN NO Explode. I gym from about 6pm to 7pm. I dont want this stuff to prevent me sleeping (bit of an insomniac), i hear it has quite a kick. And having never taken anything is this stuff okay?

Or should i just be going the protein shake route? or start of with something else?
 
To build Muscle, you have to eat enough good foods, mainly protein... So if you would like to take anything, the number one supplement will be a protein shake.

You should go crazy and lose the belly fat first, i recall discussing this a couple pages back but to lazy to go look :D.

Well i bought something called testogen which seems decent, could be a bunch of crap as well :D. Am not using the testogen because i want my belly fat gone first.

Normally guys bulk up and then cut, but being Killa you of course do it the other way around :D LOL!
