Some pretty scary stuff right there. Done a bit of research, looks like it could beat roids in the muscle building front but the health problems...

Exactly, a small dose without even having to enter a gym.. as if our species isnt lazy enough as it is :)

but yeah, aside from the stress on your internal organs your ligaments will remain weak and be under incredible strain
 
LOL come on now are you telling me you would say no to this and rather spend 5 years trying to get to that point? :D

I would rather say no to this and spend my entire life not getting to that point, i love training, and if you can reach your goals over night, or through a magic pill, it'd all become pointless
 
A one month dose would be ideal. You take it and continue to gym hard for about 2 months and you will be jacked. Then its just upkeep, no one said not gyming at all. I can't not gym, would just be nice to get a head start.

I even see you can already get two supplements (in US) with the suppressing protein in, but I am not keen until I know what I am getting into...

But head start on what? Everyone will look the same.. and there will be no challenge...
I didnt do any research on myostatin blocking besides reading that dailytech article but from what i could gather from it, those results occur even without having to set foot into a gym
 
any suggestions on helping me break lifting 90kg on bench?

for the past month, i've been stuck at lifting 90 for about 3-5 reps. i gym alone, so i have no spotter - which makes it very difficult going heavier safetly

Think the only suggestion you need is to actually get a spotter, without that you not going to go anywhere on bench press, surely your gym has fitness consultants that can spot you when you do bench?

Otherwise... Dumb bells?
