go with the evox synergy whey...awesome stuff!!

I bought the synergy whey this weekend.

Dosage says i should take 3 times a day. Is this overkill?

I am planning on taking the shake after my workout, as it also mentions drinking the shake 60 – 90 minutes after a workout.

should I drink the shake while i am having supper, before having my supper (basically first thing after gym), or after supper?

I typically have supper about 30-45 mins after my workout.

Your Whey has to be timed right otherwise you're wasting your time. Since you are asking if you must take it with supper I seriously suggest you do some research.

You should have a liquid mixture of carbohydrates and protein immediatly after the workout (post workout meal 1). followed by a post workout meal 2 (30 minutes later and post workout meal 3 later(if needed).

The above contradicts the dosage information provided on the product which indicates taking the whey shake 60 - 90 minutes post workout. Which was part reason for my question in the first place - some confusion on what to do.

Yes, I take whey protein first thing in the morning as my body has gone without fuel for at least 8 hours :o (I like sleeping). Right after my workout though I take Waxy Maize (carbs) and Whey Protein withing 10 minutes of the workout.

Anyone used animals stak 2? Thinking of buying it.

i was going to ask the same question, as i've interested in buying it for some time now...i'm actually more looking at animal stack (not 2)

The animal stack looks good but i dunno 700 bucks is a lot when i could get a steroid which would work far better hahaha.

Animal stack 2 looks the business to me :D. R696 at springbok though :eek:

rather get your diet and training in 100% order, get to know your bodies, before looking to any and every possible supplement?

unless you have endless amounts of cash to burn then why not :D

Well my diet and training is very much in order.

My diet has been in order for 2 months been training for about the same time, ok only the last 3 weeks have i really been training hard :D.

Money is not the problem, wasting money though is not nice that is why i am asking.
 
hmmm :D I dont know man, you train at home, I just think unless you're doing squats, bench and dead lifts regularly there is still much ground to cover

unless of course you have a squat rack in your garage with a whole bunch of plates :D
 
Where can you buy some dextrose from?

That is a fair point. Going to keep doing the home gym til january and but only if i keep it up. Cannot sign another 3 year contract and not use it grrrrrrrrrr.

in my case i've training for 8yrs, not always hard or heavy though and my dieet is pretty good (read ok)...

...i see you can get 21 sachets animal stak at dis-chem for something like 499

Basically, when it comes to protein, if it has got carbs in it will help you grow, if not it will help you maintain... so a mass gainer which has got carbs and protein will help you gain mass, it may be muscle or fat or both. A whey protein with only 1g carbs per serving will help you maintain you muscle without gaining fat. Creatine, Glutamine, PWO shakes (like shotgun) and all those fancies will help you with more energy and recovery but will rarely actually help build muscle.
 
Wiz i am going to get the animal stack 2 tomorrow from springbok and then we see how it goes.

696 though but appears to better than the previous ones because it has some growth hormone in it.

Killa, just a thought or suggestion based on some experience and advice I have received, are you not taking too much in terms of supplements and the like??? Just the other day you bought the ECA stack and now you are getting another stack, have you seen any results with the ECA, should you not give it a month to work before you go for something more.

The body can handle a whole heap of **** but too much is just that sometimes, just too much...

Just thought I would put it out there... Just be careful man...
