SSN Crea-Pump

What do u guys think of Crea-Pump? I have been off gym for almost 2 months now and am back to square one. Thinking that once I get into a routine again that I need something to give me a kick in the pants so that I will push myself so that I can make decent progress.

do any of you guys use any additional supplements (besides protein/pre workout) - things like Amino stack, ZMA, BCAA, Creatine, Glutamine, etc? Any thoughts on it?

I'm currently just using creatine and glutamine - but will be off the creatine in two weeks.

I just cycle everything... every two or so months I take four weeks off supplements (besides protein).
Do u find that u lose size when u go off the creatine? When i tired creatine for a week i saw no size gain. Thought the muscle volumizing effect alone would be visible....

Yeah - I loose about 2kg... AFAIK - your muscles retain water while on Creatine.

It still surprizes me that too many people are relying in supplements, that's exacty what they are "supplements"

From experience I know that the best nutrition is from the food you eat.

I have been in the game for 10 years, I don't compete as its just a hobby for me.

I have many friends who are are champion bodybuilders including on two time mr. Universe. They swear by proper nutrition. It obviously takes more time to prepare.

And that is what the sport is all about. Commitment.

And the only way to get HUGE is to use Vitamin S.

I'm not saying supplements are bad, I use them too, but the placebo affect is the strongest ingredient.

It takes me 1 hour a night to prepare a whole days meals. If you have a domestic, you could teach her to do it for you.

Nope - no permanent domestic. Unfortunately a hour is a lot of time to me - I only get home after 7 - I then have to walk the dog, prepare work for tomorrow, shower, pack, etc- next thing its 9:30. and I'm ready to pass out.

Three MRP shakes, one after workout shake, a tin of tuna and a potato take me 5min to prepare.

I'm with you on this. ;) All these young punks with their waterballoon depotrone biceps sipping on protein shakes...shame.

+1 Well said.

Also, the reality is that supplements actually cost more than Vitamin S yet they are not even remotely as effective. Sad but true.

Hmm... yeah, but the biggest obstacle to showing abs is to lose body fat and get it down to 8 to 10% (for men) right? And that is 80% in the diet I would say.

Yep, a lot of guys don't get that having 6 pack abs is about body fat % and not how hard you train your abs. I agree on the 80% diet thing as well.
