Yep, a lot of guys don't get that having 6 pack abs is about body fat % and not how hard you train your abs. I agree on the 80% diet thing as well.
*sigh* i'm so light weight but i wanna get bigger so will have to forget about trying to lower the body fat for now to get some semblance of a six-pack. Gotta put on some muscle and then i guess as summer approaches then drop body fat.

I'm not an expert on the subject, I don't take them nor believe in taking them, I was just answering your original question.. ;)
lol, hard to know which of the huge guys at gym are juicing. Wish i could just go up to them and ask them. Then if they juicing then i know that they are to normal dudes what photoshopped models are to the average woman ... a pipe dream :p
 
And to answer ryan's original question: no. ;)

Maybe so in general, but when you start messing with tren and a-bombs without knowing the game you can easily end up with some serious problems. Very dangerous to tell people they aren't damaging with so many factors to consider.

Most of the guys in the gym arn't shy about it... I have a buddy who's contemplating it - and he asks them directly what they're using, most are upfront.

Also - you often see them hit the toilet with a little bag before hitting the showers (or weights)

Lol, nobody taking steroids is doing them in the toilets at gym. Taking steroids right before or after a workout doesn't make them more effective. Insulin, yes that but that's a different story.

On the contrary. Discarded syringes, used alcohol swabs and broken ampoules are not a novelty item any gym dustbin. I know this because I used to have to clean out the trash when I worked in gyms years ago and evidence of steroid administration was very common.

Just make 100% sure you don't have any form of heart problems or high blood pressure.
 
BasicSupplements guy isn't responding - its been a week now - and I'm out of supplements, anyone have any other sources? Else I'm hitting Dischem again this weekend.

Finally got my order - just over three weeks waiting :( I've popped off an email asking for clarification on order times, etc... because 3 weeks is WAY to long if I'm to use them again.

What do you guys mix the supplements with? Because they taste terrible.

I have the following:
1.) Whey + Glucose after workout
2.) Whey + Oats for breakfast
3.) Cassein before bed

Was thinking of adding a teaspoon of Nesquik or something.

Nesquik work pretty well. Even adding a sachet of sweetener is enough for me but then again I'm not too fussy about taste either.
 
You can mix it with NEsquik, milo, coffee, peanut butter, cocao etc. Whatever blows your hair back :-) I like to throw in a banana or an apple and blend it all together. Some berries also works good- raspberry, strawberry, blue berrie- just put them in the freezer and throw the freezed berries- 3 - 4 of them in the blender with water and your poison.

Sorry if i missed it, but what brand is this? Is it that much cheaper than Evox, for example?

I'm currently using Optimum Nutrition whey that i got from USA. Relative brought it over for me. Had to pay customs+vat+penalties on it though, as my relative had it in a huge box which was a dead giveaway... but still worked out much cheaper than here.

After years of gymming, and thinking I had a good body, I saw Rob Riches the other day...

My goal is to look like that!
