Agreed. All mass gainers are just a bunch of empty carbs- leave it. Get yourself a good protein (not Evox) and be sure to take in 6 decent servings of protein (EDIT: FOOD PROTEINS I MEAN )each day, or substitute two of them with your shake.
Do deadlifts first...then other exercises... And yes, improper form is dangerous, I always have someone watching me from a aroun 150kg and up.
I found this guide made a huge difference to what I could deadlift - I was always starting with my shins touching the bar, which puts more strain on your back : http://stronglifts.com/how-to-deadlift-with-proper-technique/
Mate, listen here, you came here and said supps are crap eat food.
How about you give m e some specifics, what foods what quanitities. oh is it maybe cause ur just trolling the thread with useless posts to get your post count up?
And my god you must be the friendliest person ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, maybe you should take all that extra testosterone and go to gym instead of flaming me.
I don't like that guide. Firstly, your feet should be closer to the bar than having it over the middle of your feet. Secondly, an overhand grip is not an option for all but the most hardcore Olympic weightlifters. Alternate grip is much better. Thirdly, shoulders should be as far back as possible and not in front of the bar. Fourth, the bar should not roll over your knees and thighs.
Granted, maybe the guide is not a bad start for a novice but if I recall correctly you've got a considerably bigger deadlift than the author with his 225kg. If anything, you should be teaching him, not the other way round.![]()
Yes.. I'm all about post count - and no - I didn't say supplements are crap - I said they're SUPPLEMENTS.
And by the looks of it - I'm not the one who needs to hit the gym.
hahaha so ur being helpful by telling me supplements are supplements, well gym is clearly your strong point.
Cause judging from your posts your IQ must be quite low.

I don't think you're going to last very long over here. Only a handful of posts and already throwing around personal insults.
An American acquaintance of mine pulls a 402.5kg deadlift using an overhand grip! He does come from a weightlifting background, though, and weightlifters use that grip. You should see that guys thumb nails. They are almost completely destroyed from all the pressure and burst blood vessels.
Yea throwing personal insults at the guy that began personally insulting me.
Ja, hook grip, obviously. That's a mean deadlift for your chick, too! If only more women knew what an incredible shaping exercise the deadlift is.
One mistake I was making would be not eating enough natural fats
