I have to gym from home , I work 60km away, so travel +-130km a day.
Also like to spend time with my 15month old son.
So when I get home it's change into gym clothes and hit the garage, luckily I have a 4 car garage, 6 if you include car port.
I have 280kg of plates and have built up my own dumbells and barbells out of that, after each session I have to prepare the next days weights so it's ready for me.
2x Bench press benches.
Pullup station, Pec Dec, Lat Pulldown etc.
Floor covered in neoprene MATS from GAME
Then an intense as possible routine with my own playlist playing in the background

I have mostly been converted to the power or Olympic lift exercises with dead-lift being a favorite as it's quick and intense.
Then I can play with my son for 30min while wife prepares bottles.
Feed Son.
Bath Son.
Wife takes him to bed.
Then prepare supper for me and the wife.
2hrs of TV and then bed.
Really miss gym though especially cable crossovers
