castle lite, whisky or red wine...but it doesnt take lots to get me going. A binge drinking night is probably 4 beers and im close to off my rocker!

interesting I read on bodybuilding.com that for magic mike matthew maconaghue drank half a glass of red wine for veins to pop and make him look more defined just before shooting a scene...
 
Because I have enough to worry about, let alone watch everything I put into my mouth. Milk is by far the cheapest solution to gaining weight, and if I put on some fat as you say, so be it, I'm not going to cry about it - I have enough time to lose it doing I.F. I have been for far too long been obsessed with the notion of gaining "lean muscle mass omg" up to the point where I basically stayed the same weight and plateaued on my lifts, for months. Ever since eating like a beast I've spike through my PR's while seeing noticeable differences in my body (and not at all a boep, as you so valiantly claim).
I wasnt valiantly claiming anything :p And besides, both Hemps and ShaunSA said (after your reply) that they identified with this issue I highlighted :whistle:

But thanks for clarifiying your situation. I guess you are training hard enough that the calories are going towards muscle growth... or it could be that a boep will come later if you ever get to average body fat percentages.
 
I drink the occasional Windhoek Lager, don't drink like I used to though and usually end the night with a tall glass of h2o.

Watching the Olympics and seeing those "ladies" lift what they do, kind of puts you in your place regarding PB's :)

Depends on what you want? I order most legal stuff from a international company. It does however include stuff a bit stronger than protein shakes and creatine...
 
What I mean, is do you notice any difference when you use it and when you don't?
Yeah the difference is MASSIVE. Not only that, it actually boost the growing process of the muscles significantly, at least 2-4 times the normal, as well as repair times are much shorter. There was a point where I would hurt a muscle, and 2 days later I was fine again, while when I am not on those sups, it would take at least a week.

You do lose strength afterwards sadly, but there are ways around it. You just have to read and learn a crapload amount of info. The science is still the most difficult part for me, but you have to know it. These things can be worse to you than actual roids.

I'm currently on a low carb diet (in week 8)... pretty ****ty... energy is kaput at gym.

I've lost 7.1kg since starting so it puts the weight-loss average at just over 1kg a week. I have also lost a bit of strength, but I think its because of the low carbs/energy.

Six weeks and I'm done with this weight loss crap.

Your body goes into a state of ketosis, if I recall correctly, it takes 2-4 days to get into that state - by eating more than 30-40g of carbs, you run the risk of knocking yourself out of ketosis - and therefore need to restart again.

I have one cheat meal a week - where I eat what ever the hell I want :D and its usually a lot... I end up lying on the couch feeling sick, and sorry for myself for three hours :p

If I want to go to the gym 3 times a week, should I go 3 days in succession (like Mon, Tues, Wed) or should I go Mon, Wed, Fri?
