There's no way to target fat loss is there?
I'm skinny but my abs don't show as much as I would like them too. I'm scared if I eat less I will get even skinnier as I actually want to gain weight to look bigger, but at the same time I want to cut body fat.
I guess what I'm wanting is to gain muscle mass by exercising and eating while still looking ripped. Is that possible? Is it just a lot of cardio as well as muscle?
