Write a code onto a piece of paper and place it next to a bug. Take a picture with them together and send back. I was outside looking for a bug (or was it log) to picture then started asking questions.

As far as I know the deadline was extended till the end of this month

Someone with more legal knowledge is free to correct me, but as far as I understand the proposed Bill legalises private use and growing, but dealing (selling and buying) is still illegal (with the exception of CBD for medical purposes).
